Brakes locked while driving

Brand new issue, had no other indicators something was wrong.
four wheel disc, non power. MC is under floor board, and calipers are all in great shape, and lines are also.

I have drove it about 200 miles since new engine install. Yesterday I left the house got about 3 miles and the engine felt like it had no power, I was originally thinking engine, trying to give it more power it was strugglin.

I let off gas and it basically stopped didn’t roll.

I can't see if there's a locking nut on the push-rod , should have one , I see a residual valve on one brake line , if all four brakes are locking , I'd bet on the master or heat.

You say the MC is below the floor , did you add residual pressure valves ? Is there an exhaust pipe near the brake lines/ MC , / prop valve , do you have a return spring on the brake pedal ?

If all 4 are locking on, i would first suspect that the rod from the brake pedal to the master cylinder is too long. Loosen the MC to pull it away from the rod a bit and see if that makes a difference.
Next I would check the proportioning valve.
