My 1956 Chevy Belair 235 6 cylinder has a power loss and backfire with sharp acceleration. Slow acceleration when parked motor responds well. This also results in very poor drivability until vehicle is up to speed. Compression is 100 across the board, timing is a few degrees BTC, newly rebuilt carb, completely rebuilt top end.
